Shipping Details /
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday and if placed before 12pm EST will be shipped out Same Day.
Free Shipping offer applies to all orders within the lower 48 states only. Additional surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories.
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEX and a Tracking Number will be provided immediately upon shipment.
USPS International Shipping options are available and we ship Worldwide.
Overnight and Express Shipping options are also available.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us via Phone or E-mail and we will do our best to help you with any issues you may have.
We offer a 14-day Return Policy on all orders beginning on date of delivery. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within this time frame before returning your order. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee and are responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipment and handling fee if applicable is non-refundable.

Coaler Systems offers a 90-day Warranty from the original date of purchase for all products.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser and warrants the products to be free against all manufacturer defects. This is a parts only warranty, and does not cover labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.
Warranty Claims: Please e-mail or call us with your warranty claim including: full name, reason for the return, order number or transaction invoice number, so we may process your claim.
